Control & trust

The agent proposes.
Rules it cannot change decide.

Handing work to agents should not mean handing over control. What an agent may do, how much it may spend or commit, and when it must stop are checked by software before every action, not left to the agent's judgment.

What stays deterministic

The checks no prompt can talk its way around

A language model is good at deciding what to do next. It is not where your rules should live. On MeetLoyd the model proposes an action; the platform checks it against your rules before it runs, the same way every time.

Who may do what

Every agent is denied everything by default and granted only what its role needs. The permission is checked before each action in each system.

Limits that add up

A limit you set, such as a total exposure or an amount per approval, is counted across every action. Past it, the action is blocked or sent to a person.

Budgets that block

Model spend is checked before the call, not discovered on the invoice. When the budget is reached, the work stops.

A stop that is enforced

Stopping an agent, a team or every team is applied by the platform. The agent is not asked to stop; it can no longer run.

Scope that holds

On a project, any change is classified against the signed scope by fixed rules, not by a model's opinion.

A record the agent cannot write

What each agent did, and why it was allowed, is recorded outside the agent, in a trail that cannot be edited afterwards.

What you keep control of

Your people decide how much the agents decide

Their instructions

Each agent works from a charter you approved: mission, objectives, limits, when to ask. Every instruction is visible and editable. Nothing is hidden from you.

Their autonomy

Actions start supervised. An agent earns freedom on measured results, action by action, and loses it when results drift.

A named owner

Every agent has a business owner and a technical owner, so someone answers for it.

Your keys and your data

Models run on your own provider keys. Your data stays in the region you choose, or in your own storage.

Where it runs

In our cloud, in your sovereign cloud, or in your own data centre.

The right to leave

Rules, knowledge and decision history export in a documented format.

For your CISO

The questions your security team will ask, answered before the pilot

Agent projects stall when security sees them at the end. These answers are there from the first day, so a pilot can become production.

Agents you already have

Manage agents built elsewhere

Your company already runs agents built on other platforms and by your own developers. Find them, put them under the same rules, and stop them when you need to, without rebuilding them.
