Team Launch

A team is not installed.
It is onboarded.

A ready-made agent team knows a job. Team Launch makes it know your company: your context in its memory, your goals and limits in its charters, your tools with only the access each role needs, and a supervised run on real work before it goes live. Three to six weeks, with your approval at every gate.

Why a project

The difference between a demo and a colleague

An agent that has never read your price list, your procedures or your approval levels gives generic answers and takes generic risks. That is why so many pilots never leave the pilot. The launch is where a generic team becomes yours, and where you see it can be trusted before it acts alone.

The seven steps

What happens, and who decides

One person on your side, the sponsor, owns the launch. Nothing moves to the next step without their approval.

  1. Scope

Choose the team: a ready-made practice, or a team you already have. Agree what the launch covers and who approves each step.

    You approve the scope
  2. Discover

Your documents (presentations, offers and prices, processes, org chart, policies) go into the team's memory, kept word for word and summarised. You review them before the team reads them.

You review what the team will know
  3. Brief

Your goals and your limits are written where the team reads them, and each agent gets a charter: its mission, its objectives, its boundaries, when it must ask. A limit you state is copied as you wrote it, never reinterpreted.

    You approve every charter
  4. Equip

Your tools are connected with only the access each role needs, and each connection is tested. You get the access register: which agent can do what, in which system.

    You approve the access
  5. Supervised run

The team works on real cases while a person approves each action. It earns more autonomy only on the actions it handles well: by default, at least 20 supervised actions with at least 90% approved without change.

    Your people approve each action
  6. Readiness

The readiness pack, for your own records and your security team: a named owner for every agent, the access register, the limits in force, a tested stop switch, the audit trail of the supervised run.

    Ready for your security review
  7. Go-live

The team goes live at the autonomy it earned. The starting point is recorded, so its results are measured against where you began.

    You decide the go-live
What you keep

Everything the launch produces is yours

The team's knowledge

Your documents, indexed for the team and reviewed by you, stay in your workspace.

The charters

Each agent's mission, objectives and limits, approved by you and readable by anyone you choose.

The access register

Every connected system and what each agent may do in it.

The supervised-run record

Every action proposed, and whether it was approved as is, corrected or refused.

The readiness pack

Owners, access, limits, stop switch test and audit trail, in one place.

The baseline

Where you started, so the value is measured, not claimed.

Price and value

Value first, on your numbers. The price comes in a free statement of work.

Before you commit, we size what the team is worth with your own numbers: the people on the work today and what they cost, what you pay outside providers for it, the audit findings it generates. You see the payback period and the return at your own hurdle rate, and we count only the value your finance team would accept.

Start with the team that would save you the most

Bring one function where the work piles up. We will show you the team, the launch, and the value with your numbers.
