You accept it online against the exact text, and we keep the content hash of what you saw. Wet-signature e-signing on request if your procurement requires it.
The work runs milestone by milestone. Every deliverable arrives with a Certificate of Execution — the evidence that it was actually done, on a hash-verified audit trail. You then accept, or accept with reserves, and your acceptance is what releases the next milestone.
